  • Could I have multiple users?

    Yes, with your standard account you are allowed to have up to 5 users. In case you need more users, you could always extend your account.

  • Can I enter the platform from any device?

    Yes, you can enter your profile from any device as long as it’s connected to Internet.

  • What happens with the list of generated prospects?

    You can export the list of prospects for external use by only one click.

  • What happens with my information if I delete my account but after a while I would like to reactivate it again?

    Your information and contacts remain existent within your profile until you decide that you would like to continue with the account.

  • Which statistics does the application show me?

    PIMEX generates charts that show the quantity of potential clients, which prospects have been contacted, the channels thourgh which they have been acquired, among others.

  • What is the difference between the free version and the paid one?

    With the free version you can use the basic features of the application and add more (paid) features later, based on what your organization may need.

  • What means of payment accepted Pimex?

    The method of payment is by credit card and charged in US dollars.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card?

    PIMEX does not safe your credit card details on its servers. Your details are processed by Stripe. You can learn more about the security measures of Stripe here

  • Does PIMEX exchange my leads with third parties?

    Definitely not. PIMEX only looks for ways to help you organize and utilize your lead data in the best possible way, so that your business can maintain a sustainable growth. We understand that this data is one of your most valuable assets and therefore would never share this with third parties.
